International Business Achievers Award

The International Business Achievers Award (IBAA) under the auspices of the Swiss School of Business & Management (SSBM) is the first of its kind to be organized in Ghana. It is intended to celebrate and recognize businesses, companies and enterprises with exceptional leadership and impact in the country.

Over the years, most award schemes have focused on the “already known” or “bigger” brands leaving out relatively “smaller” and “upcoming” ones.
This, we think, it is not fair and does not afford equal opportunity to all industry players.
Having noted this challenge, the International Business Achievers Award seeks to bridge the gap by opening its consideration, nomination, and selection criteria to include upcoming enterprises/businesses and their leaders.

We believe that this will serve as a source of inspiration to potential businesses, entrepreneurs, and promote healthy competition among existing ones.
The IBAA scheme has come to stay and promises to deliver very fair and credible awards going into the future.
